Maintenance contracts give the client access to our client support area, with the ability to login and raise support tickets, which are logged and tracked. When work is complete the client is informed and tickets closed. This is a far more robust, accountable and manageable system than using emails or telephone conversations.
We appreciate that some months may require less work and will roll any unused hours into the next month for the Large and Corporate packages, for a maximum of three months. Payment must be by Standing Order on a monthly basis. Additional hours required will be at the discounted rate of £60 per hour, billed in 15 minute increments after the first additional hour.
If you think that you will not make changes to your website regularly, we can provide maintenance services on an hourly basis - £75 per hour, 1 hour minimum charge. Billed in 15 minute increments after the first hour. But this work cannot carry the same priority as the ongoing monthly work and may not be actioned for 2-3 weeks.
